Day 1: Arrival in Sri Lanka –Dambulla (Sigiriya)
You are greeted on arrival at the Pinnawala International Airport by the Indian Horizons representative and transfer to the Dambulla. Here Check in hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 2: Dambulla (Sigiriya) to Pasikudah
After breakfast, proceed to Pasikudah. Pasikudah is a bay protected from the ocean and has a flat bed. This amazing place has become a popular tourist destination amongst locals and foreigners, because it is known to have one of the longest stretches of shallow coastline in the world and for its coral reef. People can walk into the sea because the water is only a few inches deep. The sea is very tranquil and the waves are gentle. Enjoy an overnight stay in Pasikudah.
Day 3: Pasikudah

Day 4: Pasikudah to Jaffna
After breakfast, proceed toJaffna.Jaffnais the capital city of theNorthern Province,Sri Lanka. It is located in the northern region of the island of Sri Lanka. The Jaffna peninsula is almost an island connected to the main island over a causeway at “Ali Mankada" or Elephant Pass in English. This was named so since this was indeed the route used by elephants to travel between the peninsula and the main island in the ancient past. The peninsula itself is a number of islands connected though causeways. Upon arrival there, check into the hotel in Jaffna. Enjoy an overnight stay in Jaffna.
Day 5: Jaffna
After breakfast, proceed for a city tour ofJaffna. You will stop by the train station that was completely destroyed earlier. We will visit some important landmarks of the town which show significant progress in the city after the war. You will visit ]affna Fort, Alfred Duraiaappah Stadium, Jaffna Clock Tower, Jaﬁna library, High Court, Ariyakulam Buddhist Temple, Nallur Temple, jamunari Bottomless well, Manthirimanai (King Sangilians Palace). If time permits, you will also drive by Mathagal, Keerimalai Tank, Mayettapuram Knathasami Kovil (Historical Temple), Thellipalai Amman Koyil (Historical Temple) to jaffna University. After the tour, return to your hotel. Enjoy an overnight stay in Jaffna.
Day 6: Jaffna to Kandy
After breakfast, proceed to Kandy. Upon arrival in Kandy, check in to the hotel. Lying amidst the hills,Kandyis the last capital of the ancient kings ofSri Lanka. While being the second largest city in Sri Lanka it is also famous for its immense beauty and is named one of the seven UNESCO declared World Heritage sites in the country. With its luxuriant prairie, picturesque lake, longest river of the country and misty mountains, Kandy mesmerizes every visitor. It has a rich and colorful history that can be witnessed through the numerous shrines and temples as well as frescoes, ancient paintings and stone carvings. In the evening, you can walk around the Kandy lake to experience the sights and sounds of the city. Enjoy an overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 7: Kandy
After breakfast, proceed for a city tour ofKandy. While on your city tour, you will visit one of the world heritages as well as a sacred place for the Buddhists all over the world; namely the Temple of Tooth Relic known to the Sri Lankans as Dalada Maligawa. Your next visit will be to the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens which is a paradise for nature lovers. The gardens have over 300 different varieties of orchids, other spices, medicinal plants and Palm trees. Day 8: Kandy to Bentota
After breakfast, proceed to Bentota. Bentota is the city of the Golden Beaches. You will be able to relax and feel the spirit of the sea and the warmth of the soft sand. Spend the day swimming in cool waters and relaxing on the beach. Bentota provides the perfect turf for unfurled vacation at the beach. While enjoying the sun, sea and sand, the beach lovers can try their hands at various water sports. Citytour: On your city tour you will enjoy a boat ride along the Madhu River. It is a relaxing and interesting tour and you will pass through many islets forested with mangroves. If you are looking for a more exclusive experience, visit the turtle hatchery too. The Turtle Hatchery is the prime turtle nesting site which was open by the Wild life Protection Society in 1981.Visitors can see huge tanks filled with new born turtle hatchlings. After being fed, the baby turtles are taken to the sea and released when they are 2-4 days old, usually during the safer hours of darkness.

Day 10: Colombo
After breakfast, proceed to Colombo. Colombo is the largest city and commercial capital of Sri Lanka. Many colonial buildings influenced by the Portuguese, Dutch and British exist alongside structures built in Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, Indian and Contemporary architectural styles. No other place is as remarkable as the Fort area in the heart of the city. Colombo also boasts of many shopping malls and department stores that offer brand name clothing at highly discounted prices. After breakfast, rest at the hotel until it is time to depart to airport to catch the return flight.
